New preprint on how we remember narratives

Check out our new preprint proposing a simple model for human memory of narratives: we uniformly sample incoming information at a constant rate. Our model explains narrative recall better than variable-rate sampling triggered by surprise and it simultaneously explains how individuals remember narrative gist.
